It’s official – Real Property Management Sapphire, headquartered in Missoula, MT and Corvallis, MT, is open for business! We are excited to bring property management through the franchise concept to Montana. As the first RPM franchise in Montana, we have some work to do in establishing the brand and establishing ourselves.
Since moving to the Bitterroot valley over 5 years ago, we noticed through our first rental experience that there was an opportunity, for anyone savvy enough to recognize it and crazy enough to take it, for some competition in the property management industry. Five years later we decided the opportunity was still there and we were just crazy enough. Because of the many, many stories we had heard from both tenants and owners alike about their negative rental experiences, we thought we could differentiate ourselves with our professionalism and quality of services. The more we grow into this business, he more we find that we are right! We are excited to bring property management in the Missoula and Ravalli counties to the next level.
We decided on buying in to the Real Property Management franchise after much research and due diligence. We were finally won over by the amazing management and the team they assembled. Their vision, their commitment to excellence, and their unwavering honesty and integrity really stood out as we investigated the business. We were looking for a Property Management business that was professional and sophisticated in its operations, to be able to handle the complexities of the business in an efficient, regimented, and transparent manner. Yet we also wanted to find ourselves in a position with a business to be able to be personally involved in every step and to give our clients and business partners a quality experience. Real Property Management provides just such an opportunity.
