As we welcome the warmer days and blooming flowers of spring, we wanted to take a moment to update you on some important reminders and share a few tips to help make this season as enjoyable as possible for everyone in our community.
- Seasonal Maintenance and Updates
With the change in seasons, it’s time for some spring maintenance to keep things in top shape:
- Yard Care: If your lease includes yard responsibilities, please make sure to clear any debris. Remember, our property grounds should be weeded, watered, mowed, and maintained regularly. Sprinkler turn-ons will be happening soon. If you come across any damaged sprinkler heads, please submit a maintenance request.
- HVAC and Air Conditioning: For those with air conditioning units, please make sure to change filters to ensure optimal performance. Our new Resident Benefits Package makes this a breeze by shipping new filters directly to you every 3 months.
- Windows and Screens: Spring is the perfect time to open your windows and enjoy fresh air. Please ensure that your window screens are intact. If any screens are torn or missing, please submit a maintenance request.
- Spring Cleaning Tips
Spring cleaning is a great opportunity to refresh your living space. Here are a few tips:
- Declutter: Take a moment to tidy up closets, drawers, and storage areas. A well-organized space feels lighter and more comfortable.
- Deep Clean: Consider having your carpets professionally cleaned, deep clean floors, and even those hard-to-reach spots. Many of our tenants find that this makes a big difference in their homes.
- Outdoor & Community Reminders
As the weather improves, more of us will spend time outdoors. Please remember:
- Noise Level: As the weather warms, many of us will be enjoying outdoor activities. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evenings and weekends.
- Trash: With more outdoor activities, trash can accumulate quickly. Be sure to dispose of trash properly. Let’s all do our part to keep the property clean and enjoyable for everyone.
- Pets: If you have pets, remember to clean up after them and keep them leashed when outdoors. This ensures a pleasant experience for everyone.
- Local Events and Community Happenings
