Real Property Management is well qualified and experienced in apartment complex management. We are familiar with the local trends and rental markets and are effective at keeping units rented. We are trained and licensed and familiar with all applicable state laws and local ordinances. We can provide full-service management, or options for leasing agreements, rent collections, and/or tenant relations. We can be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can provide an on-site presence when required.

Our Community Association Manager service provides a liaison between the Board and residents to help resolve situations before they escalate. Below is a list of services we can provide:

- Solicit bids from vendors, overseework, and report on work to the Board
- Work with city agencies to ensure compliance with local ordinances and codes

- Preparation of monthly financial statements for the Board of Directors
- Open and maintain bank accounts as required by the Board
- Maintain account ledgers and account history for each homeowner
- Pay approved invoices and bills, and review billing for accuracy
- Pursue delinquent accounts
- Prepare and process IRS Form 1099’s at the end of each calendar year for taxes

Real Estate Owned Properties
Real Estate Owned (REO) properties (foreclosed properties owned by a bank, government agency or government loan insurer) can be found in nearly every neighborhood across the country. Bank REO properties are frequently in poor condition and need repairs and maintenance, both to satisfy property upkeep laws and to preserve the property’s value for selling purposes.
In addition, the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act (ProTAFA) basically gives a tenant the right to stay in a foreclosed home if they have a lease, forcing banks, and in some cases individual investors, to become the landlord. Real Property Management has the knowledge and experience in working with institutions to preserve foreclosed properties and abide by ProTAFA.
We can manage commercial property in addition to residential property.
A commercial property building often hosts a number of distinct tenants, for example, a shopping plaza may only be one building, but hosts a variety of businesses – each with their unique needs. As the property management company, we not only ensure each tenant is paying rent and other fees such as utility payments and CAM fees, but also ensure timely common area maintenance.
