Real Property Management caretaking services are customized to your needs.  Customers may choose from a variety of options that may include any of the following:

Regular Property Checks – Scheduled drive-by and walk-through inspections checking on the security of your property and any maintenance needs.  During times of cold weather the heating system and interior home temperature are monitored.

On-Request Property Inspections – Don’t waste time worrying about your property after a heavy wind, rain, or snow episode.  Call us and send us out to check on things.  You can also use us for opening up your home for service providers.  We can remain present while work is conducted to ensure full security.

Property Live-in Service – Real Property Management can make your property looked lived in, especially during the off season when areas become more inviting targets.  We can arrange to have walkways snowblown, turn lights on and off at different times, open and shut curtains, and other effects to prevent your home from becoming a target.

Full-service Home Setup – We can prepare your home for your arrival in any manner requested, from cleaning and warming your home prior to you opening the door, to picking you up from the airport and having ski tickets waiting on your table.  When you arrive, there is nothing you need to do other than celebrate being here.
